RESERVATION POLICY • A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay is required and is non-refundable ($25.00 min.) • For any cancellation within a delay of one week before expected arrival date, this amount will be transferable to another stay during the same season. • Reservation fee $3.50 + taxes
